Slab CO2 laser “RLS-3000”
“RLS-3000” is oriented for cutting of thick metal sheets (up to 15 mm), or high speed cutting of thin metal sheets with highest quality of cut, that doesn't need additional mechanical treatment. Laser can be used for remote (up to 1 m distance) welding of thin steel sheets. Also, laser can cut a nonferrous metal sheets. The original laser design is stable to thermodeformations that provides for a high stability of laser beam parameters and diffraction-limited optical beam quality. “RLS-3000” – RF-excited (81,36 MHz) slab laser based on the RF-tube technology. Laser can operate during 72 hours without change of laser gas. The automatic system for gas refilling is included in a design of the laser.
